As the IT Director for Synecor, LLC, an incubator of medical device startups based in the Research Triangle Park of North Carolina, Tim leverages his 15 years of technology and professional management experience to effectively lead Synecor’s technological endeavors and goals.

Tim is a Podcast Producer / Co-Host of The TechMonks Podcast and Fireworks Podcast. His latest passion is building GreyMatter Works, a network of podcasts and media dedicated to niche topics.

He also created and manages Podcasting Tutor, a website that covers podcasting topics, and provides tutorials, equipment advice, and tips to improve existing podcasts.

Tim is a web designer and strategist, helping small business owners create and navigate their web presence and social media platforms.

He also is an avid blogger here at TimPonders.com, focusing on technology and lifestyle topics, and has recently begun organizing local events and speaking on social media topic panels.

Tim holds a B.S. in Education from SUNY Oswego.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys spending time with his family in Clayton, NC, watching films, playing games, and learning about new technology.
