After several days using Client Board, I can fully see it’s usefulness. The development company Saffron Byte, led by Alex Martinez, is committed to improving the user interface and functionality, so I see only great things coming our way from them in the future.
Once I got the hang of the interface, I found that Client Board was an extremely effective tool for managing client relationships. I’ve had several conversations with the developer, and i’ve been told that they are working on making the user interface more intuitive. They truly take user suggestions to heart, and are committed to crafting the finest app possible. Their reviews are stellar, and users overall are loving it!
What I enjoy most about the app is its ability to place your daily client tasks on a map. It’s nice to pull up a view and see where the next place to visit should be based on your current location. No more wasted miles in the car! You can effectively route your appointments with this handy view.
The ability to attach notes, tasks to clients is also a welcome functionality. When I develop websites, the process is broken down into many steps. I can create billable items for specific steps in the process. This allows me to lay my mind at ease, knowing full well that I can easily see what needs attention in respect to a particular client.
With our mobile devices becoming an increasingly important part of our business day, Client Board takes us one step closer to the day when we can leave the computer at home, hitting the road with all that we need.
